To submit your abstract you have first to register. After your online registration you will get an confirmation e-mail including your login data for the REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION SYSTEM, where you can submit your abstract and pay your registration fees.

Deadlines:

• Abstract Submission - until July 28th, 2015
• Notification of abstract acceptance for poster/talk -1st week September 2015
• Early-Bird Registration fee - until September 5th, 2015
• Cancellation refunds - until September 12th, 2015

All prices are in Euro. ÖGMBT is exempted from tax, so no sales tax is accounted.

REFUNDS & Cancellations

Cancellation deadline is the September 12^th. Before the date fees wil be refunded with a deduction fee of € 90,-. After the cancellation deadline no refunds can be granted. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the congress office.

PAYMENT

Please be aware that our payment provider Holvi does not support some (older or corporate restricted) MS Internet Explorer versions. In case of problems on the Holvi payment site please try a different webbrowser or pay with an invoice instead of a card payment.

All payments are made via the online registration system and can be made after the registration process.

Available payment methods are (Available methods may depend on country):

2. Pay online with bank card*: EPS, SOFORT, Giropay
3. Pay with invoice via bank transfer

* For card payments (credit cards & bank cards) an additional fee of 3.04% will be added.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate (late). ​ Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadline indicated.

Cost reimbursement for 60 presenting participants:

COST Action FA1103 will select 60 presentations for travel cost reimbursement according to COST rules (PDF ). Selected presenters will be informed automatically approx. 4 weeks after abstract submission deadline.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

All abstracts must be submitted using the online registration system. The abstract submission deadline has now been extended to July 28, 2015. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific comittee and all particpants will be automatically notified via e-mail in the first week of September on the acceptance of their abstract and the selection for talk or poster presentation. In addtion the review status of your abstract is also shown in the registration system.

Please prepare an abstract consisting of a title (250 characters max.), up to 14 authors and an abstract body (2500 characters max.) . In the online editor you may use simple formatting elements such as bold, italic, underline, super & subscript and special characters in both the title and abstract.
