Social Events

To enjoy Vienna in the summer, do consider bringing along your spouse/family for a city trip. Taking into account that many of you have already been to Vienna, we have arranged the social program to show you new angles of the city. We are sure that you will enjoy the variety of social events that will be a relaxing complement to the scientific program.

Within the premises of Schönbrunn is the "Schönbrunner Bad"- a great place to cool off after sessions (open till 22:00 hrs).

Join us at following social events

  • On Monday 11.7. in the evening will be the traditional Welcome Reception / Networking (included in registration fee)
  • On Monday 11.7. & Tuesday 12.7. we will offer a night tour to the animals of Schönbrunn Zoo
  • On Wednesday 13.7. will be the conference dinner at a traditional wine tavern "Heuriger Wolff" in the outskirts of Vienna

Secure your participation for each event by booking them online via the registration system (login required). Additional tickets for accompanying persons can also be added in the booking system. Participant numbers for social events are limited and will be assigned on a first come - first serve basis.

IMPORTANT: Please note that booking and payment for social events is only possible via the registration system and SEPA bank transfers are not possible for social events. Hard copy tickets for the events will be provided at the venue by the organizers. All prices include all handling and transfer fees. Some events will only be held if a minimum number of participants are reached. If an event is cancelled participants will be refunded.

Secure the ticket for you and for your accompanying persons by booking it online within the registration system. Please do not forget your name badge and your vouchers (will be handed out on-site for the Conference Dinner).
